Note our fiscal year begins in November of that year and continues through October 31 of the following year. Dues and special assessments are approved at the Annual Meeting in August. They cover expenses for the fiscal year that begins on the following November 1.
Although our billing practice allows for three installments on 4/1, 5/1, and 6/1, it is always helpful for our cash flow early in the season if some of the annual invoices are paid in full on 4/1.
