a. 1 x 6 Decking – Spruce, pressure treated, cedar or any weatherable grey specie

b. Peeled cedar posts and cedar or spruce rails

4. Exterior Stepping

Spruce, pressure treated, cedar or any weatherable grey specie

5. Exterior Trim Board

Natural pine – #1 or #2 grade

6. Camp and Porch Supports

a. 6 x 6 pressure treated or round cedar posts on camps

b. Round cedar posts on porch

c. Technopost or equivalent support extending no more than a six inches above natural ground level, hidden by wood or rocks.

7. Windows

a. Double hung (up and down)
